1. Digital Delivery Only
1.1 Whatsafo does not ship physical products.
1.2 All features, tools, credits, and API integrations are delivered online through your account dashboard.
1.3 You will receive access immediately or within the stated activation time depending on the service type.
2. Subscription Activation
2.1 After successful payment, your plan is activated instantly or within 5 minutes.
2.2 If payment verification is delayed by the payment gateway, activation may take up to 1 hour.
2.3 In rare cases, manual verification may be required.
3. WhatsApp Cloud API Setup
3.1 WhatsApp API integration (phone number, templates, WABA setup) is completed digitally.
3.2 Setup time may vary from instant activation to 24 hours, depending on:
Meta Business verification status
Template approval times
User account configuration
3.3 Whatsafo is not responsible for delays caused by Meta/WhatsApp systems.

All items are accessible through your logged-in account.
5. No Physical Shipping Fees
Since no physical products are shipped:
No shipping charges apply
No courier service is used
No tracking ID is provided
6. Delivery Failure
Delivery may fail if:
Provided email is incorrect
Payment is incomplete
WhatsApp API is not connected properly
Meta account verification is pending
