By creating an account or using our services, you (“User”, “Customer”, “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using Whatsafo. 1. Use of Services 1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use Whatsafo. 1.2 You agree to use the platform only for legal business or personal purposes. 1.3 Any misuse of WhatsApp Cloud API or violation of WhatsApp/Facebook (Meta) policies may result in suspension or termination of your account. 1.4 You are responsible for all actions performed under your account. 2. WhatsApp Cloud API Compliance 2.1 Whatsafo only provides tools built on official WhatsApp Cloud API. 2.2 Users must follow all Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform policies, including: Sending messages only to opted-in customers Not sending spam, harmful, or illegal content Using approved message templates for promotional or outbound messages 2.3 Any violation may lead to: Message blocking Phone number disabling Account suspension Whatsafo will not be held responsible for policy violations done by the user. 3. Account Registration 3.1 You must provide accurate details during signup. 3.2 Sharing login credentials with others is not allowed. 3.3 You are responsible for securing your password and API keys. 4. Payments & Billing 4.1 All paid plans, add-ons, message costs, and API usage fees must be paid on time. 4.2 Payments once made are non-refundable, unless clearly stated otherwise. 4.3 Failure to pay may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of services. 4.4 Message costs may vary depending on WhatsApp Cloud API charges from Meta. 5. Fair Usage Policy 5.1 Abuse of the platform (spam messaging, bulk illegal promotions, fake numbers, OTP spam, etc.) is strictly prohibited. 5.2 Excessive usage may lead to temporary restrictions. 6. Data Privacy & Protection 6.1 We do not sell or share user data with third parties except as required for service operation (e.g., WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta). 6.2 All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. 6.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your customer data is collected with proper consent. 7. Message Templates 7.1 Promotional or marketing messages require pre-approved templates by WhatsApp Cloud API. 7.2 Whatsafo does not guarantee approval of templates; Meta has full control. 7.3 Any rejected templates must not be used again. 8. Prohibited Activities Users must NOT use Whatsafo for: Fraudulent or illegal activities Sending bulk spam Hate, violence, sexual content, or threats OTT/loan/crypto spam Phishing or identity fraud Violation may result in immediate termination. 9. Service Availability 9.1 Whatsafo aims for 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. 9.2 WhatsApp Cloud API may experience outages beyond our control. 9.3 Scheduled maintenance may affect usage temporarily. 10. Limitation of Liability 10.1 Whatsafo is not responsible for: Business losses due to message delivery failure WhatsApp number bans Meta policy actions User mistakes or misuse 10.2 You agree that the service is provided “as is” without warranties. 11. Termination 11.1 We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms, policies, or billing rules. 11.2 Users may request account deletion anytime by contacting support. 12. Updates to Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. 13.
